Each item are made to purchase and individually art crafted for you.

Production lead time takes 2-5 business days depending on the style to produce. Shipping time takes 2 business days for the USA. A tracking number will be sent to you by mail following your purchase.

For international orders, 10 extra days will need to be applied for delivery time.

Repairs: be assured each piece will strongly be crafted to give the best lifetime to each item before shipping.  They are made with love and we want you to love it all your life.

If by accident your are not happy with the item, it can be exchanged with an other item for the same price or higher.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, items can be exchanged within 7 days. No refund will be accepted only exchanges.

Exchanges are only accepted on unworn and unused items. After quality inspection upon return receipt we will issue a credit for any other piece of your choice, which can be used online. Sales and promotional items can not be exchanged or returned.
